About Sam James Coffee Bar
The popular Ossington strip is home to some of the best shops and restaurants in the city. Our OZ location was originally located at the intersection of Queen & Ossington from 2014-2016 before the developers who bought the building evicted us to make room for an international tenant.
After a few years we’re happy to be back, and secure a new space a few blocks north, in collaboration with the restaurant Favorites Thai BBQ, located behind the cafe.
The Oz shop seats many on a large U shaped bench around the perimeter of the room, and showcases the industrial steel build-out all SJCB stores are known for. Outside are 2 sidewalk benches for you to enjoy a coffee and action on the busy strip.
